Bartlett's Lumber & Hardware is a 10 store chain of home centers located in the Texas Panhandle. We have been in business since 1937 when the company was started by William Bartlett. Over the years, it has steadily grown to become a respected name in the lumber and hardware business. Today, the company is operated by Mr. Bartlett's two sons, Tom and Terrill.
Together they run the company from it's general office and distribution center located in Canadian, Texas. Our company buys its building materials mill direct from companies such as Weyerhaeuser, Temple-Inland, Plum Creek, Gaurdian Fiberglass, Tamko Roofing, and many others.

Let me begin by saying that I pride myself on being a long-time patron of the Bartlett's Lumber & Hardware stores and have made it a goal of mine to visit every branch of Bartlett's in my time. My recent experience at the Pampa store was delightful. The store itself is immaculate and well-organized. The leadership of this store is strong and it is evident. Management, cashiers, and all of the various workers were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and polite in helping me find what I was looking for, and they even offered to help me load out my order.
I was incredibly pleased to learn that Pampa is even getting a new Bartlett's store soon, which I will be sure to visit on opening day with the whole family! My word to you, if you are reading this review and wondering if this is the right store for you, the answer is yes. Find the nearest store to you and go. I can assure you that after your visit, Lowe's, Home Depot, and ACE will be afterthoughts for your lumber & hardware needs.

Cameron was very friendly and helpful on the phone with finding the items I needed! I had to make 2 trips to the store and was able to get my items curbside. I'm rating my experience 1 star for Cameron and 1 star for curbside pick up. Negative 3 stars because neither person who brought my things to the car had a mask on, which is selfish and disrespectful!
I have an auto immune disease and need to protect myself from the Coronavirus. SO MANY PEOPLE IN THIS TOWN DON'T WEAR A MASK OR SOCIAL DISTANCE WHICH IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING & DISRESPECTFUL & SELFISH. THEY ARE SPREADING THE VIRUS WILLINGLY WITHOUT RESPECT TO ANYONE ELSE! The virus has nothing to do with the election! It's a worldwide! It's not going to mysteriously disappear after the election, like I've heard so many times from these selfish people who don't wear their mask or social distance!
Then I stopped at auto zone and it was very refreshing and comforting when the gentleman who brought my items to my car had his mask on. Gave them 5 stars. Walmart employees also wear their masks at curbside pick up
