The guys here are experts, no nonsense, no overselling, no fast talking. The prices are truly fair and the turnaround time exceeded my expectations. I had 4 custom shelves made for a curio cabinet. Highly recommend!

Atlas Glass and Mirror was prompt with estimate and site planning. Start to finish was very fast for the two mirrors, one of which was large wall mirror which had to make a turn in the hallway and then down a flight of stairs! Very professional, courteous and a pleasure to have them do the work.

I am a very unhappy customer. As much as I hate to write a poor review for a area business, this was so bad I had no choice. I wanted to replace a bay window that was cloudy. They came, measured and checked it out and gave me a price. When the 2 men came to do the work they couldn't get the window out and blamed the company who put it in years ago for using strong epoxy.

They finally had to break the window and left a mess. After putting in new window I was upset to see they did a horrible job leaving putty and epoxy all over the place. The vinyl frame around the original window was all cracked and broken by them but not repaired or replaced. They left broken glass on the windowsill and in the garden. There was uneven putty around and on the window.

I refused to pay for such shoddy workmanship but they kept blaming the previous installers. When the owner came to try to repair the mess he tried to clean up what they did but it still looks awful. I would never use or recommend them again.

More than five months ago Atlas picked up my patio table to have the glass replaced. They told me to expect two to three weeks turnaround. Today, five months later, I got the table back. They blame the issue on the fabricators mistakes. I didn't hire the fabricator I hired Atlas. they seem like nice people but that didn't help. This was an extremely frustrating experience.

My take is that there was no sense of urgency and extremely poor follow up on their part with the fabricator to push the project through to completion. The communication was terrible. I had to call nearly every week but most of the time they did't ans the phone and the mailbox was full. Really didn't get any follow up until I went to their office in person.

I don't sense this is business they wanted. That would have been fine. they should not have accepted the job. They need to either find another fabricator or not take on business they don't want. I am going to pay them right away because that is the right thing to do. They should never have billed me. that would have been the right thing to do on their part. I guess we have different standards. Very poor business decision on their part.

Tom came when he said he would and was able to replace shattered glass in our patio door. They were upfront regarding how long it would take to get the new glass in and once it was delivered, promptly scheduled a day to come install it. We are pleased with their work and communication.

I needed a very large, custom shaped glass panel for a shower screen. Several shops insisted it couldn't be done, wouldn't fit, or simply never got back to me. Tom at Atlas glass exceeded all my expectations. He agreed that if my draft measurements were correct that they could do it. He WANTED to do it. He saw the same challenges I did and thrived on it.

He measured, I double checked, he measured again, I double checked again.and then the largest piece of glass outside a skyscraper showed up along with 5 of Tom's crew. Moving it through the doorways with less than an inch clearance sometimes was no small task, nor was rotating the panel, but it fits perfectly and it is amazing. Even better I thought the price was more than fair.

I highly recommend Atlas Glass & Mirror, Tom and Jay are awesome! I had an emergency glass repair and they came the same day I called and fixed it in less than an hour. I am more than happy with their professionalism and efficiency. Atlas is my go-to glass company, and it should be yours too! Melissa A.

I've been waiting for them to return the parts to improve our glass meeting room. We've been having issues with this door since day one! I'll change my view if they correct the issue!

I called Tom to give me an estimate on replacing my greenhouse window. His quote was fair, so we arranged to have work done. He delivered and installed glass as he promised in a timely manner. They did an excellent job replacing the glass of all of our home furniture. 2 Credenzas, 1 China-3 full oval doors, plus 8 shelfs on each side, top for the dining room table. Arch mirrors for 2 bureaus & 1 head board, coffee & 2 end tables.
