I had several companies out to my home to give me an estimate on a new sunroom. The estimator was very friendly and didn't put pressure on us. We also visited their showroom which was fantastic! My wife felt much more comfortable after she saw the actual room in person. The materials did take a while to come in, but I guess that's to be expected these days.

The crew had our room up in 2 days! They did great work. We are so happy to have our room. It is our new favorite room in the house. Our overall experience with ATC was great. Our neighbor loved it so much that they are now waiting on their own sunroom.

Stay away from this company! They replaced the roof on our sunroom and the roof started leaking a year-and-a-half later and caused internal damage to the beam supporting the sunroom. Despite our repeated calls and requests for them to fix it, they have not done one thing to fix the beam on the inside of our house. They did come and try to fix the roof which resulted in more leaking.

At one point, we had buckets in three places in our sunroom to catch the water from a normal rain. It took four tries over a year+ before they finally got the roof they installed to quit leaking. They don't do what they promise, offering excuses instead of solutions. I deeply regret ever having work done by them and would NOT recommend.

We hired ATC to fix poor work done by a previous company and they did a great job. It was a MUCH better experience this go round. Clean crew, friendly sales man. The owner was personally involved and made us feel good about everything. I would highly recommend ATC for roof repairs or a new roof.

Ray and company built the exact screened room that we had hoped for, and more reasonably than any other company we interviewed. From the Sales team to the office staff to the craftsmen, everyone was polite and respectful. Ray gained our confidence due to his expertise in both roofing and construction, and the fact that he is such a perfectionist allowed us to rest easy knowing that every detail would be attended to. I would not hesitate to recommend ATC to anyone.

Ray and ATC helped me in a hurry! Heavy rains exposed leaking roof issues that soaked drywall and carpet in master bedroom. ATC worked directly with my insurance to get a new roof installed without out of pocket cash. They also repaired the interior damage very reasonably. I liked that Ray and the crew are all East Tennessee people. Very happy I found a local company to save me from a wet bedroom and the new roof looks great!

I just purchased my first home and decided to have a sunroom built on the back porch, I seen the reviews for ATC and decided to give them a call. The estimator was on time for the appointment and was very thorough explaining everything to me. The owner Ray Ferguson was very kind and answered all my questions. I now have a beautiful sunroom, I am so very pleased with the work they did that I recommend them to my mother who had her sunroom done by someone else a few years back and she is now having to have it taken out and be completely redone and after seeing my sunroom she will be calling ATC. Thank you so much for my amazing new sunroom!

ATC contractors and Ray are great. It took them a little while to start the work, but once they got here, they stayed and did a great job. Job ended up being a whole lot more work than what everyone first expected, but they did a great job getting it done and gave us a fair price. The guys that did the work were hard workers and did very good work. We will be using them in the future.

I called ATC Contractors for a new sun room. They were very quick to send someone out to give me an estimate. The salesman was very personable and made sure that the room was designed exactly how we wanted it. The crew was very professional during the installation even the owner came out to the house everyday during the installation to make sure everything was perfect. Me and my wife are very much enjoying our new room. I was actually so pleased with the experience I hired them to replace my roof.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had a new sun room installed. ATC was great from the beginning. The estimator was very nice he came out and customized our room exactly how we wanted it. The ladies in the office were very helpful and informative. The actual owner of the company made sure he was out there over seeing the entire installation process. I am so happy with my new room.
