Arrow Glass & Mirror

Will not take responsibility for delivering a broken panel of glass. Also, they took down the wrong measurements and blamed my wife. We went in there with the correct measurements before all of the glass was cut and they still got it wrong. Will not recommend this place for any work.

The response from the email's 'scheduler' were less than satisfactory and not customer serving. The amount I would spend on custom shower enclosure would at least expect emails responded to and not with an attitude. My project is on a timeline, and to be challenged with incorrect date/time of in-house estimate, there are others that responded quickly AND accurately with professionalism. I'll be going elsewhere and have 2 others scheduled well in advance within my timeframe.

After sending the email chain showing that they were not correct in insisting I gave a specific time, I get an email that confirmed the date/time AFTER I requested to just cancel it. I am not a mind reader. Very poor communication.

So pleased and happy! Gorgeous shower door! They were quick to respond with quote, timeline expected for parts and completion of project. Came in to take measurements and it was quick and easy. Install was when they expected, and quick and easy as well! Friendly guys and company all around! Highly recommend!

I called for a custom size mirror for my master bathroom and Arrow had it cut that afternoon and ready for me in the morning. I was picking it up and installing it myself. It was so fast and the price was very reasonable. Thanks for being so professional!

They were fantastic! I needed a full-length mirror replaced into a wooden frame. I called another shop and they couldn't even get someone to give me an estimate until a month later, but Arrow was able to give me a quote over the phone, and receive the mirror the same day. Not only that, but they completed the job in only a couple hours! Tami was so kind and helpful, she handled the whole process quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the Austin area.

We hired Arrow Glass and Mirror to replace 13 double pane sets of glass in our windows and one new bathroom mirror. Not only were they reasonably priced but the four men (Juesse, Logan, Carlos, and Octavian) performed the work perfectly. They were professional, courteous, and timely. They cleaned up thoroughly after completion. The men represent Arrow Glass in a positive manner. I would highly recommend Arrow Glass and Mirror to anyone needing glass or mirrors.

Ok I know sometimes we fail into recognize the excellent customer service and quality in more esoteric and seldom used businesses That's why Austin needs to know about Arrow Glass and Mirror! I moved here and one of my expensive wooden standing mirrors was broken. No surprise right? I was reimbursed for it. I didn't throw is away. After careful research I chose Arrow.

For a ridiculously low price they replaced the mirror They are so friendly, helpful and professional. Although they are located in a industrial park they have signage on the road leading to the turn off as well as their location. They observe all COVID-19 precautions and are respectful I've already taken a second mirror there that Amazon broke, refunded me and told me to dispose of. $220 beautiful mirror being restored for $70.00! I want to mention James and Jason for being so helpful Highly recommended

Not a single complaint; scheduled quickly and painlessly, showed up exactly on time, performed their work efficiently and professionally. My contacts with the office were brief, to the point, and also professionally handled.

It's very fast once I paid half of the mirror. Employees did a great job, no damage incurred. He took the vanity lights down so make sure no damage to the lights or walls. I would highly recommend Arrow Glass & Mirror.

Arrow glass in Austin is great to work with. Prices were competitive. They gave me advice on replacement glass. Informative. Installers Marcos and Otavio were efficient and professional and came in at the end and cleaned up. Lovely to work with. They wear shoe covers too! Highly recommend.

Ordered a custom cut piece of glass from them after getting bids from several other vendors. Came through on spec, good quality, at a great price. Highly recommend.

We had a flooring company break the window while they were installing the floors and I needed a replacement quickly. Arrow Glass had a better price and quicker turn around than the 8 other companies we contacted. Crew came out within a few days to measure glass and installed without any issues. Jason was super helpful and we would go with Arrow Glass for future needs.

The folks at Arrow responded to my inquiry quickly and was able to schedule an appointment for my small, single pane window repair in less that a week from my initial inquiry. The installers called the day of the install, as promised, to let me know they were on the way. I'm working from home and they were able to come a bit earlier than anticipated.

I needed a few minutes to wrap up an online meeting before they arrived, and explained that when they called. They were flexible and offered to wait outside for a few minutes until I could take a break. The two gentlemen who installed the glass were polite, wearing masks (Covid times) and finished the work very quickly. This was a simple and affordable job, but I see they do shower glass walls and other items. I'm definitely going to keep them in mind as we remodel our home.

Guess when you go to their website and enter info to be contacted for a job and nobody emails you back and doesn't call. Tomorrow will be a week. oh well bet somebody else wants my business.

James was great to work with. He got the bid to me super quick and was by far the lowest out of the 3 glass companies that I had bid my large frameless glass shower. Along with installing my shower, they also put 6 large pieces of glass in my custom china cabinet. All the work they did looks great. I would definitely recommend them for your shower/glass project!

We needed a six-foot mirror replaced quickly. Arrow Glass & Mirror responded immediately with a quote which we accepted. Less than 24 hours later a rep arrived and took accurate measurements. The next day a new mirror arrived and was installed. All this in 24 hours less than we had requested. The best review one can receive is additional business. We plan to use Arrow Glass & Mirror again soon for a larger repair job.

Arrow made a large custom mirror for my retail store very quickly and at a great price. They are extremely communicative and professional. The installation team did a wonderful job installing the mirror. The whole process took less than a week which was much quicker than I anticipated.

We needed some glass tops to protect some furniture for our new place in Austin. It was a small amount of work with just a top for a desk and a couple of night stands. I expected the usual small project hassle in finding a company willing to come out and measure and do the work. Jason at Arrow was exceptionally helpful. He not only replied quickly, but he was able to get someone over to measure that afternoon.

The two people from Arrow that stopped by (Jason and Ryan) were quick and professional. I was expecting that it would take a few days to a week to get the glass tops done and delivered, so I was thrilled when Jason said that they'd be back the next day with the tops. It was again Jose and Ryan, and they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning the glass and putting it all in place. Jose and Ryan also took some extra time to look at the glass shower doors in our two bathrooms and to make some adjustments for us. Great service, perfectly done custom sized glass tops. and all in less than 24 hours -- great place that I highly recommend.

Arrow has been great to work with. I called for a mirror and shower glass quote. Arrow's mirror quote was $400 less than the first quote I received from another company. Jason couldn't explain why the other company's quote was so high, but, luckily, my husband had insisted that I get another bid, and I'm so glad I called Arrow.

They quickly came last week and measured for the shower door, and it was installed yesterday. Looks and works great. I was supposed to have my countertop in for the mirror to be measured, but it wasn't ready when they measured for the shower door and wasn't ready when the shower door was installed yesterday, so they're making yet another trip over today to measure it because now I'm ready. They didn't complain and aren't charging me to come out again---thank you, Arrow!--and are trying to get my mirror installed in the next couple of days.

I recently redid my house and after talking to several different glass companies i found one that i have recommended to all of my friends and family. after speaking with james on the phone i knew that this would be a perfect fit. when the workers showed up they were on time and respectful of my space. my shower is everything i ever wanted! i will definitely use them from now on!

Arrow glass goes above and beyond for their costumers, their staff is professional and experienced. I have personally dealt with them and they make sure everything is correct. Remodeling can be a stressful and slow process but when it comes to Arrow they make sure the costumers are satisfied with their finished product.

Poor customer service in their residential department. Called and spoke to James multiple times. He never call backed back to schedule as promised. Very disappointing.

Technically it was a good install of the glass door for my walk in shower, but the workers smeared silicon all over my new expensive tile, and the residual film on the matt tile is impossible to remove (trivial on the shiny hardwood floor they also gunked up in my bedroom)and has marred an otherwise quality bathroom renovation. Really stupid, as the workers should ABSOLUTELY have laid down a protective cloth or paper.

I hesitate to recommend unless you watch the workers closely or are ok with silicon goop everywhere when they leave. When the workers came back to supposedly clean up the mess i complained about, they said they would come at 11, then showed up at 10 and then left without cleaning anything because "no one was there", which also totally wasted the time i had to take off of work.

We needed shower glass panels installed for an open concept shower in a bathroom we remodeled. Arrow glass delivered timely and affordably for us. Happy with estimator and installers. No problems.

I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again. I called to see if they could custom cut a mirror for a home project I was working on, and they did. There was a communication issue with the measurements over the phone that was partly my fault. The reason for the 5 stars is that when I called to tell them about it, Dennis worked with me to fix it.

What a rare treat to find a business that cares enough about the people buying their products to go out of their way to help an individual no matter how big or small their order, and I really appreciate that Arrow did that for me. I felt important and respected, and everything they did had integrity and high quality.
