They told me the soil was good top soil. After they delivered what was supposed to be 10 yards I measured it and it was closer to 8 yards. After the guy dropped it he said it was "fill dirt" Grass would not grow where I placed this dirt. Even after I tested it and discovered it had no organic material but all clay the owner still would not concede.
Finally after two months of getting jerked around he grudgingly gave me half my money back. Over a year later grass still barely grows there. I almost never give reviews unless it is a bad deal and to wait this long you might conclude how disgusted I am. I could have gotten quality dirt for half as much somewhere else and I have been from a place in New Lenox.

My purchase experience with Area Landscape Supply was GREAT! While I was selecting my cobble stone, a nice young employee gentleman approached me, asked what size cobble stone I was looking for. Without my asking he then started to help. After stone picking was complete, he weighed the stone and then said he would load my Jeep while I make my payment in the office. How wonderful was this!
