Services
Conducting all activities of our business in a safe manner which will protect our employees, other workers and the general public from injury. Protective personal Equipment is provided for both Arctic employees and temporary workers. Our goal is to have no work-related injuries, but when an injury does occur, we expect employees to report it immediately to those in charge.
We have a relatively low turnover at Arctic Insulation, both in the field and in the office. We offer a complete benefit package including health and dental insurance, term life insurance as part of our health benefit, 401(k), vacation leave, an employee assistance program and flexible spending accounts.
