Sarah was very knowledgeable about the timber tech decking. Even gave great suggestions.

Nice people. Good lumber, but I do NOT recommend contracting them to build a pole barn. The Amish group they got to build the barn was great. The garage door installers were AWFUL. It's three years later and I'm about to drop an additional $2K to fix the bad installation. And this is after Ansonia had them come back out to fix other stuff after the original install. Ansonia should stick to the lumber business.

They were very nice and helpful. Helped load our truck. Great place.

Working with Joyce, Bill and all the staff at Ansonia Lumber was great. Our project was located 50 miles from Ansonia and we never had to visit the showroom. They were able to provide 90% of the material we need for our whole house remodel. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the service was AWESOME. We began window pricing the winter of 2013 for replacement windows. Two replacement window companies from Dayton and Ansonia Lumber were happy to meet with us and show their products. The vinyl replacement windows are quality products but the installation of them makes them look like an after thought. The 1 to 2 inch wrap covering the existing jamb at each window opening did not appeal to us.

This is where Ansonia impressed us. The old window frames were completely removed and new Infinity series windows by Marvin were installed. The Installation team was very careful during the installation. Plastic floor protection was used in high traffic areas and drop cloths were laid on floors at each opening. The crew even worked around our childrens nap times. We are very satisfied with the products and services and this has been the second time we have purchased windows from Ansonia Lumber and are very likely to return again.
