That is why we proudly boast a full-time service department, located right at our headquarters in Pineville, NC. Machines can be taken to and picked up at any of our locations.

Took some searching, but I found the floor finish I was looking for at Ampro's online store. Their website was glitching on me, but their IT department got back to me the same day, resolved the issue within 24 hours and I was able to get what I needed. Excellent customer service, really good prices, professional packaging, and quick ship.

So I bought a special floor finish from these guys back in January 2014 that had two parts. When I went to use it in August I discovered the hardener portion was missing and I could not remember receiving two bottles. I called and spoke with Jay in customer service. He immediately agreed to send me the hardener needed and even did it overnight. It arrived right on time the next day.
A day later my wife found the original bottle and invoice. They did it right the first time. These guys are someone everyone should want to do business with. They made good on something that was my bad. Thanks Jay! BTW, I am sending the extra bottle back at my expense. The least I can do. Jack G
