Walked in today and the woman behind the counter at a desk looked at me like i was trash. She then proceeded to speak to me as though i was also. Very very poor customer service skills!

I was in this store when a customer came in and didn't want to deal with a woman. Diane was patient & polite. Would not let him pull her string. Handed him his tool that was repaired, took his money and still manage to tell him to have a nice day. The funny thing is he still was grumbling when he left, and Diane was already helping me and not taking the bit. She has always been helpful with lots of knowledge.
