I brought 5 antique lamps at once to get rewired to Alliance. There were problems with these old lamps but they did a really good job. Two lamps in particular were a real problem and they solved it without any problems. Service is great and everyone is kind. I always return to a store that fixes any problems that come up without any stress. I return to stores like this over and over.

Alliance does excellent work. I recently had several items custom framed with them, and the results surpassed my expectations. Perhaps the best part was the initial consultation, where they suggested frame and mats combinations that looked much better than anything I could have come up with on my own. I also had a piece of art repaired, and they did a great job with that as well. I recommend them highly, and will be a return customer for sure. We had to repair a 100+ year old stained glass panel that was buckling and at risk of falling apart. These guys did an amazing job restoring it. They even searched through their extensive collection of old glass to replace fake pieces from a previous (not so great) restoration attempt. Only when they pointed out the replacement pieces could I tell that they weren't the original. They're also a pleasure to work with. Really good people who do beautiful work. I only wish I lived closer so I could use them for all our glass and framing needs.

These guys were a lifesaver and were able to redo very old framing of delicate prints in time for Christmas! Excellent customer service - skilled but respectful of my preferences. Don't go anywhere else for your framing needs!

I had been given a very beautiful large Swarovski crystal piece - called Bee Eaters - as a gift by the people I work with. It is very special to me so when it fell off it's shelf and SHATTERED, I was upset. I could not it send back to Swarovski for repairs because I didn't have the original packaging. I had my husband drop by Sotheby's one afternoon for a recommendation for a top notch crystal repairer and they told us about Alliance Art Glass.

Alliance held the piece for a little over a week and it was returned to me yesterday. Honestly, I could not be more pleased with the results. You can barely tell it had ever been damaged in the first place! I mean this figure had fallen several feet and its wings fell off in pieces. One of the tails had snapped. Yet, after a little over a week in the hands of Alliance Art Glasses' restorers, the birds were returned and looked pretty much perfect.

Really amazing to those of us who saw the condition they were in before. In addition, both my husband and I found the people that worked at Alliance to be extraordinarily kind, professional, and very easy to work with. We HIGHLY recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work for us in the future.

I brought in a frame made of cheap wood backed veneer that had peeled and warped and needed to be replaced at a reasonable cost and quickly. They did both and I had it back the same day! Always happy to support local businesses but even more happy to support local businesses that do excellent work.

I came to this place wanting to have a quality frame job done for a painting at low cost. Rob was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through the options and gave excellent insight into the different routes that we could take to showcase this painting that held sentimental value. Ultimately, he gave us a great deal and, here's the kicker, the framing job was completed THE NEXT DAY!

I couldn't believe it and I am extremely pleased with the finished product. I know that this was atypically fast, but it spoke to their efficiency without compromising quality. One day, while walking around the neighborhood I work, I stumbled upon Alliance Art Glass. I happened to be looking for a place to take a glassblowing class and rang their bell. The owner, Robert, was personable and engaging and although he didn't know of a local place for classes, took the time to chat. Since I had a opportunity to see the shop and was so impressed, I went back another day with a glass project for them. Robert and his team revived four dilapidated lampshades from an old floor lamp and gave it new life!

I am so thrilled with not only the product, but the care and incredible service I received. It's hard to find this level of service anywhere anymore, but Alliance does it so well! Great neighborhood gem! Thanks, Robert and Brady!

Overall a great custom frame and mirror shop! The workmanship was outstanding and the service was friendly and reliable.

We've used them for an antique glass restoration, a custom mirror to fit inside a paneled closet door and several frames. They are reliable, fairly-priced, do absolutely pristine work and, for us, have gone beyond the original scope of projects for the original price. We can't say enough about them. What a neighborhood treasure!

These guys are simply amazing! I was looking for foam tape on Yelp and their store came up. I was in quite a pinch and also worried I had gone to the wrong place at first yet they beckoned me to come in. I had a tradeshow and needed last minute things for the show and was quite stressed. They gave me great advice on what to do, set up our signs, booth and gave me a roll of foam tape for free! How often does this happen? So kind and helpful I give them my highest recommendation.

Needed custom piece of glass for a trophy showcase at home that was broken in a move. These guys were quick, the price was right and the guys that worked with me were very courteous. If I need a piece of glass in the future these will be the guys that i turn to.

This place is great and very reliable had them cut some mirrors for a DIY dresser I was making and they did an amazing job. They were done on time and at an affordable price.

These guys do a great job whenever I need something framed. They have quick turn around time and they're always friendly.

Yikes- Don't go there. I had to stop a check(they don't take charge cards) and of course one has less protection from inferior work. Coffe table top was totally out of alignment, bureau glass was cut short. I agreed to pay them if they returned my deceased husband's tape measure which they walked off witth.

We needed a broken glass table top replaced under an insurance claim. This was not a standard job - a large rectangular piece of glass with difficult rounded corners and requiring great precision to fit the wooden table underneath. They were very careful and thorough in measuring out the template, and the result was excellent. They got it just right.

They seem to be quite busy and it took time to get the job scheduled with them and then a few further weeks to get the job done, but don't let that put you off. Highly recommended.

The staff has always been knowledgeable, professional and very helpful every time I've needed help with framing.
