We recently built a house and All Area Plumbing handled everything from designing the system, to the rough in, through the finish work. They were friendly, efficient and cost effective. Jim got started in the plumbing profession in 1996. His parents were having their main bath remodeled and his stepfather arranged an interview with the plumbing company. Plumbing became an enjoyable career. Although his experience is in new construction and remodel, he enjoys remodeling projects the most.

I've lived in Georgetown Township my whole life and never heard of All Area Plumbing. I needed a water-powered sump bump backup system installed so I resorted to Google to search for a quality plumber. I'll tackle most home projects myself, but I've made one bad mistake with plumbing in the past, so I left this project to a professional. I'm so glad I did, because Matt was extremely professional and he answered all of my questions.
I loved the fact that I could text with him directly as well. That's not something you can do easily with other plumbers. Their prices were also very reasonable (several hundred dollars lower than some of the leading competitors) and it was a very pleasant experience overall. I cannot comment enough on how easy of a process this was. I've already recommended them to other people I know. Id be happy to have them come back.

I needed a new hot water heater and my neighbor recommended them. I got a quote from Matt and it was very competitive. They arrived as scheduled, and had it replaced in less than 2 hours. Matt was extremely professional and responsive. Left a message and he called within 15 minutes. Had a complete blockage of our kitchen sink. I called about a leaky toilet and they were able to come the next day. Unfortunately, the leak was only from loose fittings that needed tightening, not the wax seal replacement which I was expecting. It took Jordan 15 minutes to tighten the fittings and make sure the toilet was no longer leaking, and I paid him the $80 he asked. Yes, I know with plumbers there's a minimum, but this was my first time using his company and I was kind of hoping for a good-will discount. Sorry, I'm just mad as I should have checked the fittings beforehand. It's the first thing you do with a leak. Next time maybe I can provide a review that's based more on their plumbing expertise.

I had a situation where my basement flooded. Once the water was removed, I contacted this company and spoke with Matt. He was very caring and helpful during this time where I was frantic and stressed out. He and Jordan came over the very next morning, fixed the plumbing leak and also replaced the water heater (which was not working after the water incident).
He was very kind and personable, very professional, reasonably priced and did a great job. If you want a plumber that will treat you very good and do an excellent job, call Matt.
