Ordered a door and window for a clients studio that was in a mini mall complex that has a bar and grill right downstairs. Got their product in and the first impression was good, quality shipping containment to avoid product damage. Next the instructions were super simple for an easy and quality installation of the product. All items were included from seals for the inner door jamb, to foam and acoustic sealant caulk to fill the voids between the framing and the door and window.
Third all the items from trim or the locking mechanism for the window glass panes were fit perfectly, the solid oak door and trim was in amazing shape. Lots of quality craftsmanship went into this door. I truly enjoyed installing jt. A side note some of the glass comes with a Cellophane wrapped you must spend some time cleaning this piece of glass.
We had to remove it twice as a film formed about 10 min after Installation. With a little elbow grease and a tiny prybar the window locks were easily removed and the process was relatively painless.

UPDATE: I finally received a response from someone else at the company (not my initial salesman.) He was very apologetic and offered to credit us for the product we didn't use, which was appreciated. With this last part of my transaction mostly amended, it was overall a good experience working with Acoustical Surfaces.
