While my wife was traveling through Monroe her passenger side front window literally shattered into pieces. After contacting the Honda dealership in Monroe they gave me Acmes name so I called them. Much to my surprise they had the glass and had my wife back on the road in a couple of hours. Gave this husband some peace of mind. Use Acme Glass if your in the area and need help.

Coming home from Shreveport I had a rock hit my windshield. Called Acme the next morning and they said bring it in. When I arrived the young lady said my insurance company was sometimes hard to deal with but to her surprise it did not take long for appoval. Did not have to wait very long for the repair. But when I got in my truck to leave I could still see a star in my windshield. Walked back in and they said if it runs within a year they would put the cost of today's repair towards a new windshield. It's nice dealing with home town folks.

I'm happy to say that Acme Glass and Mirror of Monroe has customer service down to a fine art. I had an insurance windshield replacement claim and they came and picked up my car where I work, did the work, and returned my car in plenty of time for me to go to lunch. Very professional and friendly from the first phone call to the end drop off of my car. Many companies could learn a lot from this great company! Thanks Acme!
