EM Custom Flooring did a phenomenal job installing our new pre-finished white oak flooring. They came on time, removed the old carpeting & padding, removed the baseboards, and even did some minor custom installation touches. They took the old carpeting & cleaned up after the job and left us some extra pieces for future repairs. We plan to do some floor refinishing in the living room & have already gotten a good estimate from them. I recommend them highly.

Anthony was most professional in his work ethic and how he treated his workers. Anthony listened to our needs and was so accommodating to give us what we wanted. E_M Custom Flooring installed beautiful Legno Bastone hardwood floors in my master bedroom. Their pricing beat out two other quotes and the finished product is flawless. I am a type A person and always see the little imperfections in a project but this installation was beyond my expectations! All staff were great to work with and I would recommend them for any project that you may be considering. The installation was efficient and I literally had no cleanup when they left. Excellent +

These guys are great and very professional. I needed new floors in my house and they did an amazing job. Very responsive and on point. Couldn't be happier with the install and custom stain. Would highly recommend!

Worst experience ever. They could not screw up a job more. 3 rooms each room had a different finish. They actually did hallway of house they weren't even supposed to do. Now have to redo all the work they did. Wayne finally refunded me after weeks of arguing with him. Want me to pay for only one room that was done correct. His supervisor never showed on job and they left their trailer in the middle of my driveway for 3 days after they supposedly finished.

I have been using these guys for a couple years now. Have to say they are always on point and do any amazing job. They always answer the phone and quality of work is top notch. The custom stains they are able to create are truly a work of art!

Great experience. Would give six stars if I could! Scott was extremely helpful in choosing the right hardwood for my apartment and sufficiently worked within my budget. Thanks to Scott, Wayne, and their team for their superb work. Highly recommend.

Used them for 2 separate jobs. First job went fine. Second job couldn't have been worse. Swirl scratch marks everywhere on the floors, wrong finish, and embedded dirt everywhere underneath the poly. Agreed to redo the job completely but not before defending the job they did, trying to blame the contractors somehow for their own poor work. When I asked for a discount on the job given the massive inconvenience redoing our floors would cause us and responsibility for chargebacks related to touch ups and cleanup, they would not budge. Would not recommend.
